Mains Adapter

If you wish, you can power Eco-eye from the mains using our optional AC/DC power adaptors. They are of a top quality, lightweight and compact design featuring an LED illumination. Unlike most power adaptors, these are a solid state design, making them much more energy efficient than the more generally available transformer type of product. The cable is 1.4 metres in length. Product Made in PRC.

Remember, both the Sensor Unit and all of the Eco-eye display units can use these power adaptors if required.

This is the ideal way to power the monitor as it is so easy to forget to change the batteries. The only complaint that I have is that my original one did not last very long and normally this type of thing seems to go on for ever.

What can I say? Does the job perfectly. You get very forgetful about the transmitter batteries after a year, which caused me to rebuild a laptop to a previous OS version. Having this fitted before would have saved me this hassle. Once this is fitted THEN you can forget about the transmitter, otherwise, you need to be reminded when to change the batteries.
